About the Event
During our job shadowing experience, local low income college students spend a week via Zoom during COVID observing and learning from a varied group of professionals in a company to gain insight and a better understanding of office work and culture. The goal of the program is to give access to students who generally do not have the network to be a part of a company's hiring pool while supporting the host organization's diversity and inclusion efforts.
